You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trade Connect, its operators, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Trade Connect has zero tolerance for illegal activity. We will report to law enforcement:
When illegal activity is reported or suspected, Trade Connect will provide all available information to law enforcement including user account information, messages, listing details, and any other data requested.
No privacy protection for illegal activity. If you engage in illegal activity, your information will be turned over to law enforcement.
By using Trade Connect, you agree that you cannot sue Trade Connect for anything that happens between users. You release Trade Connect from all liability including injuries, damages, losses, theft, fraud, or any harm. You accept full responsibility for all your trades, meetings, and interactions.
