I created Trade Connect because I saw my community struggling. Friends losing jobs to AI. Families choosing between groceries and necessities. Good people who just needed a haircut or car repair but couldn't afford rising costs.
I remembered how my grandmother's generation survived: they helped each other. They traded eggs for milk, labor for meals. Communities thrived on mutual support. That's what Trade Connect brings back - an app for the community.
